Downham Market Memorial Playing Fields c.p, Lynn Road, Downham Market. Postcode: PE38 9QE

From the Memorial Playing Fields we head in a roundabout route towards Wimbotsham & then Stow Bridge where we cross the Great River Ouse. Droves then take us back towards Downham Market crossing the river again & heading towards Denver Sluice.

Lunch is intended to be taken at Denver Windmill where there is a picnic area, café, & the Blackstone Engine bar.

After lunch we head along various paths (not rivers) towards Bexwell & eventually through Downham Market

General Notes
Toilets are available at the start/finish point. c.p has no charge. Paths are good throughout including grassy river banks droves & quiet country lanes. Dogs on leads are welcome
