Drymere Dawdle
Sun 18th Jun 2023
Walk Details:
This walk is split roughly into three sections. The first & last are mainly woodland whilst the middle and longest section crosses open land, farm land, and quiet lanes.
We initially complete a loop around Cockley Cley Heath before heading towards but not into Oxborough. Lunch is planned to be at Beachamwell which is approx 10 miles into the walk, slightly earlier than normal but is the best place to stop.
After lunch we head cross country and complete a loop around woodland north of Drymere before returning to the c.p.
There is an option towards the end to cut the walk short turning it into 13 to 14 miles instead
