From The Priory Hall, The Bullring, Much Wenlock, Shropshire TF13 6HS. Meet outside the hall

The walk starts at the grave of William Penny Brookes the father of the modern Olympic movement in the picturesque small town of Much Wenlock, and is part of the annual Wenlock Olympian Games. The route follows the Shropshire Way to the Church at Holdgate. It then climbs Abdon Burf before heading to Craven Arms before tackling a few more Shropshire hills on the return route to Much Wenlock

General Notes
Those wishing to walk the first half - Wenlock - Craven Arms- should meet at 7.20 at the CASCA car park, Newington Way Craven Arms to share lifts to Wenlock. Walkers should bring food and drink but you will be met along the route with refreshments and the opportunity of a lift!
