5. Officer reports
Chair Jane reported on a successful calender of challenge walks and a continued increase in Social Walks thanks to efforts of Simon and Steve Redmund, and a growing number of volunteers.
Secretary
Geoff is still temporary secretary but Jane now has access rights to LDWA monthly reports and bulk emails. Geoff was concerned that he didn’t seem to be receiving the social walks bulk emails.
Treasurer
In his absence a written report was sent by Paul showing a slight increase in our balance to £27,000

7. Election of Officers
There were no new proposals, Jane, Paul and Geoff continue in posts
8. The constitution was discussed, quorate was the biggest topic and a value of 8 was decided upon. It was decided to keep the AGM at some time after the SSC

AOB Phil Clarke was congratulated following his effort on the Spine Race
