1. Minutes 2020 read and approved.

Matters arising – None

2. Chair's report

Jenny reported we had had an exrra-ordinary year, walking in our own backyard. Monthly Zoom meeting to continue until it was felt safe to return to face to face. She remembered Jim Cox, a long time supporter of our group who sadly died having collapsed while marshalling the SSC.

3. Treasurers report :

Paul’s report was read and accepted.

4. Secretary's report

OS maps licence has been renewed. Geoff asked for the email address of any members who were not on the LDWA bulk list. He reminded that new risk assessment forms were required for social and challenge walks.

5. 2022 SSC

Kinghton has been booked for the 2022 Event

6. 2021Tour de Marches

151 Entries from the postponed 2020 event have been carried forward to 2021

7. 2021 Christmas Walk

Dave Clark to contact Church Stretton scouts re hut.

8. Elections

Jenny, and Geoff and Paul agreed to remain in post.
