We will assemble at St Agnes for a 10:15 start. Meet at the clock tower near the Miners and Mechanics Institute (MMI)/junction of Trelawney Road at 10:15 am Public Transport: Train from Plymouth direction: arrive at Truro Station at 9:32 am (leaves Plymouth at 8:07). Train from Penzance direction: arrive at Truro at 9:29 am (leaves Penzance at 8:51). Bus from Truro to St Agnes: the bus stop is directly opposite the entrance to the railway station. Take the 9:43 am U1A service (Newquay) to St Agnes MMI bus stop, arriving at 10:11 am. Getting back: There are regular buses back to Truro but we'll aim for the 17:11 / 18:06 (depending on the group), with connecting train services. By car. There's a good sized free car park at the top of St Agnes village. As you come into the village on the B3277 look out for the clock tower and turn left just before it (Trelawney Road.) The car park is on the left outside the library.
