Route
Circular walk exploring Redesdale from the village of Elsdon. Parking in the free public c.p at the very north end of the village of Elsdon. This walk has been three years in the making. Needed a non-firing day on the Otterburn Ranges - which we have. Also needed a dry period so that we can get across the new stepping stones across the River Rede - which is still open to some doubt, although an alterantive route is available if we cannot

Elsdon - Otterburn Camp - Blakeman's Law trig - Otterburn Village - River Rede stepping stones - East Woodburn - Wether Hill trig, Raylees - Gallow Hill - Elsdon

Leader - Paul Nellist. Please note that by attending this walk you agree to the Northumbria LDWA group rules with regards to: a) Dogs are welcome on leads, but owners must have up to date public liability insurance b) Photographs of people must be with the full consent of those people for the taking & distribution of the photographs Drinks in the Bird in Bush in Elsdon afterwards
