Rosedale Circuit
Rosedale Circuit
This walk is outside of Northumbria's geographical area. It's in the North York Moors. It has a history going back over 50 years. Initially created by the Blackburn Welfare Society Rambling Club from Brough, North Yorkshire. Then taken on by Kim Peacock from LDWA East Yorkshire Group. Unfortunately, Kim became unable to promote the walk in 2025. At this time members from our Northumbria LDWA began to be interested in the walk. By researching it's history and walking it on many occasions we have managed to save the walk from disappearing. The route description and GPX file have been re-written. Further information is available on the national LDWA website, LDPs section:
Rosedale Circuit - LDWA Long Distance Paths
We would strongly recommend this walk to our NLDWA members and beyond.
