Nominations are invited for any positions on the committee - the person nominated must agree to being proposed and cannot propose him/herself. There needs to be a seconder as well. Nominations need to be submitted no later than 28 days prior to the AGM (1st March). The current committee is prepared to stand for a further year.
The same deadline applies to the submission of motions for consideration at the AGM. Such motions must be written submissions.
