                         A Weekend in the Lakes April 2026

                      April 17th/18th/19th 2026 Shap. Cumbria.

    The Irregulars are putting on three days walking some of Wainwrights Outlying Fells. If you would like to join us for one or all of these walks please book your own accommodation for the weekend. Details of the walks will be on our Website     

    Accommodation can be found on Booking.Com or Hotel.com.  If there is no availabilty in Shap contact Shap Well Hotel, which is just outside Shap.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
