With grateful thanks to Pat and Jeff Coulson, I would like to draw your attention to the following additional walk.
On Sunday 29th June 2025 Jeff will lead a 15-mile Memorial Walk for Malcolm Bird, accompanying his sons, who will scatter his ashes near the summit of Ingleborough. The start is at the Yorkshire Dales National Park located just off Church Avenue, Clapham, LA2 8EA or on Church Avenue if space is available. Please note that the walk begins at the later time of 8.30am.
There is no pub stop but at 11 miles we will be calling at Malc's favourite tearoom, Elaine's at Feizor, for a piece of cake and a drink. The tearoom needs numbers prior to the walk, so please contact the Walks Secretary or Jeff or Pat (07842 708133 / 07762 549299) if you intend to join us.
