I am delighted to report that The Irregulars' Constitution has been accepted by the LDWA and we can celebrate the efforts of dedicated and persistent members of The Irregulars who have brought about such a situation. Many thanks are extended to the many individuals who played a part in the protracted proceedings - during the festive season I am sure there will be opportunities to toast their success.
