I regret that the SGM on 19 July has to be cancelled as the requisite 21 day notice for the meeting, as per the 2001 constitution, had not been given. There are also some other issues arising from the comments received which I think need to be addressed before the new constitution is brought to a general meeting. However, please send any thoughts or comments you may have, if you have not already done so. I know this has been an ongoing issue but I hope that some open questions and wider dialogue will provide a satisfactory solution.
