The Irregulars LDWA

Dear Irregulars,

 

I have received information from Brian Newham about the Denholme Doddle challenge walk.

 

The walk takes place on 23rd July in the South Pennines.  Distances are 21, 21 and 17 miles.

 

There will be 6 checkpoints with excellent refreshments and a hot meal at the end.  A certificate will be available. Feedback from previous years has been outstanding and all proceeds go to the Mpika Charity, which raises funds for projects in Zambia..

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
