Dear All,

Welcome to Dorset LDWA and apologies for not having been able to offer you much walking since March. To try to address this we have put on a slightly shorter walk than usual (14miles) with the specific aim of welcoming those of you that have yet to come out on a group walk. This first introductory  walk is in the east of the county (near Ferndown) but if it proves popular, we may put more such walks on in other parts of the county.

All walks must be booked in advance at the moment, and are for limited numbers of people, so they tend to fill up fast. Keep an eye on our website for details: https://ldwa.org.uk/Dorset/E/0/future-events.html

We hope to see you out walking soon, either on an introductory walk, or one of the longer length walks - you will be made very welcome.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
