Members incur expenses when helping on challenge events either by baking food for checkpoints or marshalling, but don't - for one reason or another - claim for their expenses such as ingredients or mileage. Some people may wish to help on events but don't volunteer because they are unaware that they could make a claim towards their mileage or other expenses.

In order to make it easier for group members to claim for expenses incurred for group purposes, an expenses claim form can be downloaded following the link below and either completed and emailed or posted to the group's treasurer Ian Brown for approval and payment.
