Hopefully you are aware by now that our group AGM 2020 is going to take place, via Zoom, at 10.00 am on Sunday 8 November. You will be able to join the meeting between 9.45 am and 10.00 am by using the link below:

For those not so familiar with using Zoom, we plan to have a ‘practice’ session on Saturday 7 November between 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm using the same link, so you can test it out.

All primary members of the Dorset Group are very welcome to attend the AGM. If you intend to do so please let me know by email, before 7.00 pm on Saturday, at dorset.ldwa.secretary@gmail.com. When signing-in on Sunday please use your first name and surname, so that you can be easily identified and your primary membership of the Dorset Group confirmed.

The agenda for the AGM was sent to you all on 23 October, so please check you have a copy if you wish to attend. Our Chair, Chris Pitt, will explain the etiquette for the meeting and the means by which votes will be taken, at the beginning of the meeting. Sunday 8 November is Remembrance Sunday so we will be including a two minute silence at 11.00 am.
