Although the committee decided some time ago not to commit to running a checkpoint on the Trans-Pennine 100, which is being organised by the Vermuyden Group in 2021, we have recently received a request for help as follows:
The Heart of Scotland Group have agreed to run a checkpoint, but don't feel that they can do it on their own. The checkpoint is at Holmbridge, CP4, at 24.5 miles. It is a village hall and will be quite busy, as it's early on, and will serve hot food. Would some of your members be able to help them please?
The 2021 Hundred will be held over the weekend of the 29th - 31st May 2021, with the Marshals walk is to be held over the weekend of the 1st - 3rd May 2021.
If anyone is interested in helping in this way please let me know by the end of February 2020, so that we can respond to their request.
