Please see message below from Mike, updating the details for his walk on Sun:

Details as in Strider and on the website. In view of the weather forecast,   I would remind people to expect a lot of standing water and muddy conditions.  This may add to the interest but ,  I  may need to divert from the original route in places to avoid the worst of this. It should not affect the overall distance significantly.

Everyone should definitely bring lunch, maybe hot drinks, spare clothing  and good water proofs. It won’t be the Spine Race, but it is January.
