Dear All,

Thank you for all the positive feedback about out excellent walks programme, and for those of you who have contributed in the past. I'd like to make 2020 even better than this year and offer a walk every weekend if possible.

Now is the time to start planning our summer programme for April - August next year, in time for the Strider deadline. What better way to spend a dark, dreary winter evening?

Firstly decide on the date you would like, and book it on the Doodle calendar: https://doodle.com/poll/c498k7rfzhxyb5tr  or alternatively email me (see below). Try to add approximate location so we get a good spread around the county.

I have added 'Popular Other Events' and 'Public Holidays'  to the calendar - these dates don't need to be avoided, but such events can mean that fewer members will come on a social walk, you may think this is an advantage!

I have also added 26th July and 23rd August as the dates for the Doddle Marshals' event and Dorset Doddle respectively, these dates are not available for social walks because we will all be very busy.

You can plan a walk on any day of the week - just add notes in the comment section if it is not a Sunday.

Secondly  finalise the details of your walk and email them to me by 21st Jan at the latest please.
