Many thanks for volunteering to help on this event on 13-14 April 2019. Please see a link below to the developing Dorset Giant event plan. This includes grid references and times for the various checkpoints and drink stops we are using.
Do let me know if anything is unclear or I have got something wrong at mcallow534@gmail.com . For those helping with catering at HQ, Wey Valley School, this overall plan only shows overall times not your specific times. Deirdre has or will agree tasks and times with you and send out a more detailed catering plan. I'm overall contact point for organising volunteers so you'll get at least one further general volunteer update from me nearer the time. Information about parking at the WVS, and details about claiming expenses, will be included in that. I will also be sending out specific instructions later to specific people, e.g. sweepers, those helping at Charminster.
