--------------------------- The walk will be between 18 and 19 miles long, stopping for lunch at Buckland Newton. In addition, a 12 mile option is available - walking the morning half of the walk to Buckland Newton, and returning in the afternoon straight back from Buckland Newton to Cerne Abbas. The food options in the Gaggle of Geese at Buckland Newton are limited on a Sunday, so you will probably want to bring a packed lunch. There may be a glass of fizz during the walk.
