In case there are some wise walkers from the east there is an Iron Man event taking part and roads through Piddle valley and the Old Sherborne road past Giants Head are closed
A352 through Cerne Abbas is clear all day

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
