Dear Colleagues,

The November AGM last year approved how we should disburse the surplus funds from our Dorset 100. Most of this has been done and the recipients (the village halls, the Dorset Air Ambulance and the Wey Valley School D of E scheme) have expressed their gratitude. But we have not been able to proceed with the proposed information boards. Before we allocate this element of the funds, Julie and I want to check that there are no outstanding expenses that members would like to claim.
