Sat 18th and Sun 19th June – an opportunity to complete the inaugural run of this new trail by a group. Photographs will be taken to be used for publicity of the route, so please advise if you prefer not to be in them. We will also be meeting the route’s creators along the way.
 
"Around the Bay and Back in Time for Tea" - The Poole Harbour Trail.
An opportunity to walk the whole Poole Harbour Trail (38miles) over one weekend, or to walk shorter sections, using public transport if desired. Details of the walk can be found on: http://www.pooleharbourtrails.org.uk/walks.html
A certificate will be awarded to all walkers completing the trail.
 
Saturday 18th June
Distance: 22miles (shorter distances available)
Start time: 09.00
Route: Follow Poole Harbour Trail clockwise from Poole to Wareham, using Sandbanks Ferry.
General Notes: Linear route, ideally use public transport to access start and finish of route. Trains approx every 30mins. Bring lunch and drinks. £1 needed for Sandbanks Ferry.

Sunday 19th June
Distance: 16miles (shorter distances available)
Start time: 09.00
Route: Follow Poole Harbour Trail clockwise from Wareham to Poole, via Lytchett Minster.
General Notes: Linear route, ideally use public transport to access start and finish of route. Trains & buses approx every hour. Bring lunch and drinks.
