I recently spoke to Brian Adcock about the Shotley 50 who said there are quite a few Dorset members entered this year.
If enough people wanted to I thought perhaps we could hire a mini bus - possibly funded/part funded by the group - and stay at the same place, team spirit etc. Could you ask members the following:
Who has entered for the Shotley 50 ?
Would they like to travel with others in a mini bus ?
Would they like to stay at the same place as others ?
Depending on responses then enquiries could be made to accommodate a group trip.
