A brief update on Sunday's  Walk (which , incidentally, is the longest day )

A few points about this walk. I think it will be around 22+ miles. Less than the 25 miles advertised but still a long day, so don’t expect to be back before 6pm. The lunch stop will probably be in Winsham where there is a pub but I will not be stopping for long enough to order food so please bring a packed lunch. Please bring sufficient drink in view of the likely weather - 1.5 litres.

 There is one path which is partly under water, so you might want to consider that when deciding on footwear.

We will be on bits of the Liberty Trail, Jubilee Trail and Wessex Ridgeway, and bits of the 100 - mostly in reverse. We will be passing Forde Abbey but not go in.
