A reminder that you need to let Deirdre know please (if you have not already done so) if you intent to have lunch.

The lunch on 19th November at Durweston Village Hall  for Dorset primary group members, who are attending the AGM, will be a served meal. The cost will be met from group funds.

 As last year, there will be two main  meal choices, one meat [chicken] and one vegetarian,with accompanying vegetables, and a choice of cold desserts.   A modest selection of soft drinks, beer and wine will be provided, with tea and coffee to follow.

In order to plan, I need  numbers in advance, and any specific dietary requirements.

Please let Deirdre know by November 3rd  if you will be at the lunch, which meal option you would like, and any specific dietary requirements.
