Subject to approval at the AGM, we will be voting on a charity to whom to donate any surplus funds we had at the end of the financial year 2022-2023. If you have a particular charity you would like to be considered for this donation – please send me a brief outline of the charity and why you believe their aims and purposes are in line with the aims and purposes of the LDWA. Please send these by Sunday 22 October and I will collate and circulate these to all members before the AGM to give members a chance to read the notes before voting at the AGM. If you are happy to be nominated for the committee this year, please will you forward to me a proposer and seconder (if you have not already done so, thank you to those that have).
