Here is the additional information promised in my previous email:

Subjects for discussion:

The committee 

• The possibly that, as things stand, we will be in dire straits/unviable after the AGM.
• The different roles on the committee and being a member of the committee without a particular post. 
• Committee meetings - the frequency and whether online/in person etc.

Challenge events 

• Their purpose and whether the group wants to keep running them. 
• What is involved in putting on a challenge event.
• The lead roles we need members to take on for each event.
