Social walks are now largely back to normal with unlimited numbers on many walks and booking not always necessary (though some leaders still prefer to have rough idea of how many are coming). Thanks to our wonderful walk leaders we have managed to keep a regular programme of walks through COVID, whenever meeting was allowed, and now we need to plan some walks from mid Sept to December.
Could you offer to lead a walk? Would you like to pair up with a more experienced leader and lead one jointly?

Some of you may have experienced delays or repeat delivery of LDWA emails recently. We apologise but this was caused by problems on the national LDWA website. There are still issues with displaying maps on the website but we hope these problems will be resolved shortly, the Streetmap link still works. Thanks for your patience while this is sorted out.
I'm looking forward to seeing lots more of you on our walks over the coming weeks and particularly hoping to meet some of our newer members soon.
