From the shores of lovely Ennerdale Water we ascend two Wainwright Fells (Crag Fell & Grike), descending via Blakeley Raise to Nannycatch Bridge then meet the River Ehen south of Egremont at Kersey Bridge. Soon after we enter the coastal section at Nethertown rail station & follow the England Coast Path to St Bees for refreshments. We then continue on the England Coast Path/Wainwright Coast to Coast route to St Bees Head then head inland via Sandwith & disused railway/C2C cycle path past Cleator Moor & east to Ennerdale Bridge & follow the path back to our starting point
