16miles from Stainland, Krumlin, not quite seeing Rob Burrows's last week of running to Manchester, to Scammonden, scrambling over to Marsden Gate, skirting Outlane Golf course, back over M62 and Jagger Green through to Black Brook, another golf course and back. 12 walkers, at least at the start.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
