From West Vale, through North Dean Woods to Copley, Rochdale Canal, Hebble Trail, through Stoney Royd Cemetery up to Beacon Hill, then down and up on paths to Norwood Green and Calderdale Way back to an easy finish along the canal and through Cromwell Bottom Nature Reserve.
