This email is a gentle reminder that Calderdale AGM is due to take place on Tuesday 19th January 2021 at 7pm via Zoom
Nominations for Officers and Ordinary Committee Members should be received by the Secretary by email no later than 10th January 2021, Nominations to include the names of the proposer and seconder and the nominee’s intent to stand, any other nominations will also be accepted at the meeting.
Zoom details will be provided nearer the time to those of you who confirm your attendance. Please confirm your intention by email to attend the meeting to Karen Nash, Secretary by 10th January 2021
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the meeting so remember send your confirmation to me asap.
