As per my previous email the Calderdale AGM and next committee meeting will be held on Tuesday 15-2-22 at the Drop Inn in Elland at 7pm. Please note if you have any nominations for officers for example Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Walks Secretary or general committee members these can be referred to Karen Nash, Secretary by 5pm on 14th February 2022. A nomination must include the names of the proposer and seconder and the agreement of the nominee to stand. Nominations may also be taken at the AGM. Voting will take place at the AGM.
It is believed that current officers have agreed to stand, (please note there is a change of treasurer) however if anyone wishes to nominate themselves or someone else, please feel free to do so.
If you do not wish to nominate yourself but can offer your services in any way to support your group, please let us know at the Meeting.
