Entries will only be accepted when evidence is available of the completion of a suitable qualifying event after 1st January 2018.

Qualifying events must be at least 50 miles, mainly off road and unmarked. They must involve night navigation, individual and not team entry and have no more than 500 entrants.

Please note that these criteria have been formulated by the National Executive Committee. 

The following Events are currently the only ones eligible for qualifying.

Other Events may be allowed at the discretion of the Committee if they fulfil the above criteria.

Completion of the Marshals' event of a qualifying walk will also count as a valid qualification.

Conditional entry on the basis that a qualifying event will be completed in the future will not suffice. 

You can still apply for an entry in advance of your qualifying event, but an invitation to enter will only be issued AFTER you successfully complete the qualifier.
