Walk Details:
Leave Ebchester cp and head up to Medomsley across South Moor through Bradley Woods up to Pontop Hall to skirt past Dipton then on to High Frarside drop down to Rowlands Gill and through the woods to Spen Banks then on to Chopwell Woods, Blackhall Mill past the river Derwent and back to Ebchester
