General Notes
A leisurely paced 14 mile walk to be led by John Scott. A number of our members have reported that they now struggle to do 20 miles at the normal social group walk pace. This walk and similar walks to it have been added to the programme for their benefit, so that they can continue to enjoy walking as part of a social group, but over shorter distances & at a more gentle pace than the standard group social walks that we do. These walks should also be useful for those who are building up their mileage to 20+ miles
