Car Parking & start of the walk at Low Moor c.p ( NZ658148). This is at the top of the steep bank, called Birk Brow Road on the map, off the A171 Whitby Road, east of the Charltons. If heading east it is on the left hand side as you reach the top of the bank. Leader will be Dennis Walker. 3.500 feet of ascent

Circular walk. Clockwise. Quakers Causeway, Commondale, Castleton, Westerdale Moor, KIldale, Captain Cooks Monument, Great Ayton Moor, Guisborough Woods
