Starts at Wolsingham railway stn c.p (NZ076368), postcode DL13 3BL. Plenty of free parking here. Leader will be Julie Carolan. Waterproof footwear and gaiters are advised due to the recent rainfall making paths wet and muddy

Circular starting at Wolsingham rlwy stn (NZ076368), heading E along the Weardale Way. Head S through the woods to High Shipley. SW through Bedburn, Windy Bank Woods before going N through Frog Wood & up to Potato Hill. Then follow a track, NW over Pikeston Fell, heading towards allotment House before turning right to return back to Wolsingham

General Notes
The first stop on this walk is after 7 miles at Windy Bank Wood in Hamsterley Forest where there are toilets and a cafe. Please note that by attending this walk you agree to the Northumbria LDWA group rules with regards to: a) Dogs are welcome on leads, but owners must have up to date public liability insurance b) Photographs of people must be with the full consent of those people for the taking & distribution of the photographs sunrise 7:12am, sunset 4:25pm
