Leave Slaley past Slaley Hall dropping down to Millshield picnic area at Derwent Resevoir (public toilets) Following the path around the resevoir rising up to Birkinside Farm. Cross A68 to Airy Holm resevoir on to Whittonstall. Drop down Apperley bank and across the valley to Hindley farm. Along past Wheelbirks, Healey back to Slaley village

General Notes
Dogs welcome on leads. Drinks at the Rose and Crown afterwards
