Walk Across Breconshire Part 1

On Saturday 29th June, Tudor led a social walk across the moorlands of Breconshire. Starting at Llanerch Cawr car park we walked over to Abergwesyn where we had lunch. We then walked alongside the Afon Gwesyn going over Bryn Mawr to reach the Cairns on Drygan Fawr. We then made our way over to Bwlch y Ddau Fach and followed the bridleway back to the car park.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
