Blows the Wind O'er Glyndwr

On Saturday 30th September, Yvonne Gulley led a group walk over the hills to the east of Llanidloes. Starting from Llidiartywaen Community Centre the walk followed parts of Glyndwr's Way towards Tylwch. We then followed lanes and tracks to rejoin Glyndwr's Way just before Prysgduon and continuing on to Brynhafod. Leaving Glyndwr's Way we climbed through the Wind Farm before descending to Hafod-Fraith where we followed a lane back to the Community Centre.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
