Dear All,

I am planning a provisional walks programme for the Autumn, assuming social restrictions will have been lifted by then. I will be putting a message in Strider saying that all published walks are provisional, and people should check the website before setting out; this will allow us to make changes nearer the date to take account of general restrictions or restrictions for specific groups of people.

Right now, I'd like you to book a date if you'd like to lead a walk, then I will need details by 26th May to meet the Strider deadline.

Please remember to check dates around the time you plan your walk to see if any are starting from a similar location - it's much better to vary the location of walks around the county if possible. If you'd rather, just send me the details and I will enter them on the calendar for you.

If you're new to leading a walk and need some support, do get in touch and I'll pair you up with someone more experienced (to work together remotely if necessary).

 

I'm sure we're all itching to get out as soon as possible, so let's hope we don't need to cancel too many from the Summer programme too.
