Please see below a message from Bill, who is coordinating the marshals for the Doddle on 18 Aug 2019:
I would like to thank all those who have already volunteered to help marshal.
(Phil & Julie, Richard & Tracey, Mike & Deirdre, Steve & Wendy, Anne & Ian, John & Sue, Chris & Heather, Martin, Rachel, Alan, Pat, Patricia, Micheal, Bill, Debbie & Ted, Colin, Robert)
We still require further help with marshaling.
Tasks still requiring help:
A - Help Marshal at West Lulworth village hall, from 09.00 to 14.00. (Free parking provided at hall car park)
B - 2 x Sweepers required, from Kimmeridge to the end (preference will be given to those who complete the marshals walk) - volunteers will need to catch to the mini-bus from Swanage HQ, at 13.30 to Kimmeridge.
Torches required, as you will finish in the dark between 20.30 & 21.30.
C - Marshals for the catering team at HQ, Swanage (All Saints Church Hall), under supervision of Pat Clifton, from 12.30 to late.
D - Marshals required to help clear up, at HQ, Swanage (All Saints Church Hall) from 18.00 to 22.00. Help may be needed in taking some food/equipment to storage, if required.
Preference for marshaling tasks (except sweeping) will be allocated on a first come, first choice position.
I will confirm personally via email, if you have the position you request, if not, I will offer you another position.
