I am leading the Re-Tired walk next Wednesday 1 August starting from Blackdown village hall car park on B3165 (GR ST 397 023). Park away from hall by hedge. Please give me £1 per car for village hall. Usual start 09.45. Usual hills but we will be going down Gerrards Hill not up it! Lunch stop at Beaminster. Distance about 14½ miles. LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
