All,

Brian Layton is attempting a double round of the Dorset 100, the first circuit starting on Thursday 26th May and he plans to complete this late on Friday evening, with the second circuit starting with the main Dorset 100 event at 10am on Saturday 28th May.

Utter madness I hear you say, but oh no not for Brian, just his way of celebrating his 65th year! After a successful quadruple crossing of Wales last September totalling 180 miles, he thinks he has enough in the tank to double up on the Dorset 100!

The reason for this email is that on his first round (Thursday to Friday) Brian would like to share some miles here and there with any Dorset Group members who are interested, with the only stipulation being that they can fit in with the 3mph schedule - see the following link https://www.dropbox.com/s/ekbb1onbg3jm3x9/BLayton%20100%20schedule.pdf?dl=0 .He does have a support team so I believe that transport can be provided if the route section done is linear. Any involvement can be a few miles or many miles, up to you.

Interested in taking part in this precursor to the main event? If so please contact Brian at brian.layton@hotmail.co.uk  it would be useful if you could copy me into the email as well on maynes@talk21.com

Further contact details for Brian's support team will be released in due course.

Best Regards

Stephen Mayne
