Please see below an email from Hannah regarding an event taking place next month in the Purbecks which we thought you might like to know about in case you would like to consider volunteering ....
My name is Hannah, and I am contacting you from Alzheimer’s Research UK – the UK’s leading dementia research charity, striving for a cure, by revolutionising the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia. We are launching a brand-new location for our popular ARUK Explorer Hike, and this is taking place near to where you operate.
ARUK Explorer is a nationwide series of hikes set in some of the most beautiful locations in the UK, exclusively for Alzheimer’s Research UK supporters. New for 2023 is ARUK Explorer Hike Jurassic Coast. Walkers will tackle an 18-mile circular hike.
We are looking for volunteers to help facilitate this fantastic event on Saturday 16th September 2023. The event will begin and end at Norden Farm Campsite, near Corfe Castle.
Perhaps it would be an opportunity for a group of members or friends to volunteer together?
