Hi All,

 

Deirdre has very kindly agreed to take on the catering for our AGM in Durweston village hall on 28 Nov 2021. Please see below a note from Deirdre and respond directly to her at the email address given, if you wish to be included.

 

AGM lunch

The lunch before the AGM [Sunday November 28th] for Dorset primary group members who are attending the AGM, will be a served buffet. The cost will be met from group funds.

 We are planning the meal with strict Covid hygiene in mind, and will ask for your patience as we serve you.   There will be a range of dishes,  and a modest selection of drinks.

I need to know both how many will be coming, and also dietary requirements: veggies, vegan, gluten free etc. in order to fine tune the plan.

Please let me know by November 12th if you will be at the lunch, and any diet required. Many thanks. It will be great to see everyone again after so long! 😁

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
